FAQs

How do I collect my ticket/s?

There are no tickets to collect. The Paypal transaction receipt is your proof of purchase and will be used as your e-ticket. Print it off and bring it with you to the event, it will be checked against our information and you will be allowed access.

Will I have to queue if I have a ticket ?

Ticket holders are guaranteed admission and will receive priority entry. There may be a queue, however, ticket holders will gain access to the venue as a priority (queue jump)

How many e-tickets can I buy?

You can buy as many as you want. However, if you buy tickets for a group of friends you should all arrive together. If this isn't possible, then the person buying the tickets should make sure each member of the group have a copy of the e-ticket. Remember, only the correct number of people relating to a transaction will be allowed access. Anyone in excess of the correct amount will be refused entry, for example, if 6 e-tickets are purchased and 7 people turn up with a receipt, the 7th person will be refused entry regardless of whether they are legitimate or not. This puts the emphasis on the e-ticket buyer to make sure only authorised people gain access.

How do I know that my unique ID number won't be used by someone else

You Paypal receipt will have your unique transaction ID number on it, it is up to you to keep it safe. If someone else comes in with the same transaction receipt with the same ID number then that person has gained access to your computer and printed an e-ticket for themselves. If this is the case then the person with the duplicate (ie the second person), whoever that may be, will NOT be allowed access. KEEP IT SAFE.

What if I make up my mind to go out at the last minute and don't have a ticket?

There will be space available on the door on the night so don't worry you can still enjoy the party, however, it would be advisable to arrive early.

What's your policy on refunds?

Refunds are given immediately if the event is cancelled. All other refunds
are at the discretion of the management and are subject to an administration fee. The admin fee is £2.50 for tickets worth up to £10, £5 for tickets up to £20 and £10 for tickets worth £20 or more.

How do customers get refunds for events that have been cancelled or rescheduled?

If an event is simply cancelled, and is not going to be rescheduled, all customers who have booked with Fresh Tickets online will be refunded in full, monies are refunded to the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

Rescheduled Events:
If an event is rescheduled all ticket holders will be contacted regarding the ticket validity and the new date.

I purchased tickets from Fresh Tickets but was refused entry. Can I get a refund?

The right to admission to an event is reserved by the promoter and event venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion, and may from time to time carry out security searches. Fresh Tickets advise customers that no refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, being (or appearing to be) under age* declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings.

*It is the customers responsibility to check with the venue of any age restriction, carry proof of age if appropriate.


How do I purchase tickets offline?

You can call our e-ticket hotline 0845 3037374 and we will go thru the process with you over the phone. We will then issue you with a unique ID number relating to your purchase. Bring this ID number with you to the event, we will check this number against our records and once authorised you will gain access to the event.
